Connection

  • Neck is making legs work - no no no no no
Make a fist with your hand, clench, release. Still a fist but more open. You can think of this at the neck/skull
Also - why clench when you can maintain the shape and integrity but remain open??

Antagonistic
  • Look for the non-antagonistic place then this is where interference is.
  • Point of antagonistic action
Laying down
  • on back - general secondary
  • on belly - general primary
  • laying down addresses the extra work
Our thought process says that in the real world the body has to be supported
  • not really - it supports itself
  • Reset in the real world = collapse
  • NO! actual reset  = being
We're SMART animals, not NON-animals. The smart really messes us up.


Remember the musculature in the front of the neck, bring it back to the spine and allow it to help , soften, etc. It is all part of the wave

The lightness up/down is markedly different. Also could feel arches of the feet. 

*When sitting - sitz bones are like the feet

  • Relationships happen, change and are interfered with  by habit
  • If there is movement where is it going - its doing something
  • Direction without intent doesn't do much (curiosity helps) 
    • Will organize more clearly or slow your habit then you have a place to start
  • Please don't think position and positive. We have to integrate movement and "position"  - the relationships need to be realized!!!
  • Where are you in your movie? 
  • Remember it's about you (me) take care of yourself first YOUR use is most important

The spirals help direct the knees out-  getting the knees out doesn't mean that the legs are 2X4s, its not always stick straight, it cant be!

We need to talk in relation to prevalent habit as opposed to direction (language). 

We took each other in and out of the chair via a hug - HAVE to remember its what I want to do - not them.  ME ME ME ME ME!!!


Find length until buoyancy is so much that you have to go up - like an airplane - you have to work to keep it on the ground. 

Your "job" is to be of benefit in the moment, not to be perfect. 

Getting someone out of the chair is not some mystical thing. 
  • What are your own habits? (primary, secondary)
  • What are their habits?  (primary, secondary)
  • Did I miscommunicate? Or is it their habit??
